Our production ensures that every cantilever, every pillar, every part is always manufactured to a consistent quality. We produce steel racks for our customers in consistently high quality, in every project. That's why our quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
The EN 1090 certificate.
Our products meet the comprehensive requirements of this complex standard for steel construction. They are safe because they are manufactured under strictly controlled and quality-assured conditions. Our cantilever racks and pallet racks have clearly defined performance capabilities, sufficient safety reserves (e.g. for load and impact resistance) and much more.
Our production is comprehensively tested according to EN 1090. This standard includes steep requirements for every step of the production process:
- Design
- Cutting
- Stamping
- Moulding
- Welding
- Rust protection
- Installation
Each production step is regularly checked by external auditors.
There must be clearly defined production processes and production guidelines for each production step (quality manual), and compliance must be ensured at all times. Production must be documented and parts must be traceable.
Welding processes are regulated in particular detail in EN 1090 and our production has been awarded a separate welding certificate. Only high-quality material is welded, under controlled conditions, by qualified personnel. Each weld is inspected by a qualified inspector and all welding is supervised by a master welder.
